RETURN POLICY

I hope that you love all of your purchases from The Good Seed. However, I understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for store credit or full refund if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. 

Items must be in perfect condition. No stains or odors of any kind will be accepted. Please ship the item to 6103 AR-1, Jonesboro Ar, 72404.

RETURN SHIPPING

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

If the item is marked final sale, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

REFUNDS

Once I receive your returned item, I will inspect the item. I will follow up with an email once the return has been processed to let you know if it was approved. If you choose a refund by gift card it will be available immediately. If you choose refund by credit or debit card it will take 5-7 business days for the refund. 

EXCHANGES

If you receive a defect item, I will be happy to exchange the item for a new one. I will also pay for the shipping return if this is an error on my end.
